Here's a nice old postage stamp issued by the North German Federation in the 19th Century. It carries a 1 groschen denomination and I believe that it's Scott Catalog #4, issued in 1868. However, I'm not an expert on these, so please use the scans to verify my identification for yourself.
Condition: Used, with trimmed edge and lower right corner folded under, centered as shown. Interestingly, still seems to have gum on the back, although it's rather crackled. (Please see scans.)
