Here's an interesting vintage scenic postcard featuring the Old State House in Boston, Massachusetts. The description reads: "Once the scene of many historic events--inauguration place of John Hancock as first governor, site of the Boston Massacre, etc.,--this old building at Washington and State Streets is now one of the landmarks not to be missed."
The card is identified as "Natural Color" by Mike Roberts, Berkeley 2, California. It was Published for Bromley & Company, Inc., Boston 16, Massachusetts. It carries the identification codes "BM 10" and "C1828".
Size: approx. 3½" x 5½"
Date: Not dated, but probably from the 1950s.
Condition: Just good, I'd say. The card is unused, with very only slight edge wear. However, the back shows quite a bit of foxing. (Please see scans.)
