The cards were all published by Sanborn Souvenir Co., Denver, Colorado.

Copyrighted: Not dated, but I think they're from the 1960s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. All three cards have faint diagonal impressions across the corners from storage in a standard postcard album. There also seems to be some spots of mild fixing on the backs of a couple of them. (Please see scans.)
