Description: Here's a nice, fairly modern standard-sized matchbook cover from Bailey's Restaurant & Bar, which actually appears to be a small chain with suburban Chicago locations in Elmhurst, Arlington Heights, Park Ridge, and Westmont, Illinois.
There's no printing on the inside.

Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the mid-1990s
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is clean and the striker strip doesn't appear to show any actual use, although it does have a small scratch. (Please see scans.)
