There's no printing on the inside.

Date: Not dated, but it's likely from the late 1980s or early 1990s
Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is very clean, but the red background color on the front has faded to a pinkish shade. The striker strip doesn't appear to show any evidence of use. (Please see scans.)
