There's no printing on the inside.

Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the late 1980s or early 1990s
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is generally very clean, but there's a tiny stain on the inside. The striker strip shows no evidence of use. (Please see scans.)
