There's no printing on the inside.

Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the mid-1990s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean and the striker strip shows no evidence of use, though it does have a tiny rubbed spot. (Please see scans.)
