Here's a very nice unused souvenir folder/mailer from Vermont, "THE GREEN MOUNTAIN STATE". It contains 12 full-color postcard-size photos (plus 2 smaller views) in a double-sided accordion format. Featured views include: Old Mill at Weston; Underhill Center; Lake Willoughby; Big Bromley Ski Area; Barre Granite Quarry; Interior - Bennington Church; Henry Covered Bridge; Hogback Mountain; Lake Champlain from Mt. Philo; Pittsburg Covered Bridge; Gathering Maple Sap; The Magnificent View from Summit of Mount Equinox; Quechee Gorge; Vermont Farm
The folder is identified as Plastichrome produced by Colourpicture Publishers of Boston, distributed by Don Sieburg & Co. of New London, N.H., with an identifier of "FV 2"
Size: approx. 4-1/4" x 6-1/4"
Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the 1950s (the cars in the ski area photo all appearing to be early- to mid-1950s models).
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The colors are bright and fresh with just some light scuffing on the exterior panels. (Please see scans.)
