Here's a nice unused glossy full-color postcard featuring a scenic view of Devil's Tower in northeast Wyoming, near the Black Hills (long before Richard Dreyfus had a "close encounter" there).
The back indicates the card was produced by Petley Studios of Phoenix, Arizona using Color Photography by G. D. Grenier, furnished by Wyman Ford. It bears the code numbers "W-112" and "11749".
Text on the back reads:
"Devils Tower, Wyoming. This massive formation at the northwestern edge of the Black Hills can be seen for miles by travelers along U.S. 14 and U.S. 16, farther south. Maintained as a National Monument by the National Park Service, it is one of the most noted tourist attractions of north-east Wyoming."
Size: approx. 3½" x 5½"
Date: Not explicitly dated but I'm fairly certain its from the 1950s
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The card is unused, but there's some mild edge and corner wear, and there's a modest amount of foxing on the back. (Please see scans).
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT: I will ship up to 4 cards for the single base shipping charge shown. For purchases of more than 4 cards, the shipping charge will increase by just a small increment for every 4 additional cards.
