Description: Here's a very nice over-sized matchbook cover from the West Wind Lodge and Monterey Fireside Lodge, both located in Monterey, California. The outside describes the features and amenities of each motel and states that they were "UNDER SAME OWNERSHIP".
There's no printing on the inside.
It was produced by Maryland Match Corp., Baltimore, MD
Actual Size: approx. 2" x 2" (closed)
Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the mid-1980s
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean and the striker strip shows no evidence of use. (Please see scans.)
